Excursion

Congress participants can take a day off for a 1-day tour around the beautiful Prahova Valley, between the Bucegi and the Baiu Massifs, in the Carpathian Muntains. Situated at about 100 kilometers north of Bucharest, Prahova Valley is a well-known tourist region, and home to some of the most beautiful historical monuments, located in the midst of pristine mountain landscapes.

Price: 20 euros per person

Dates: August 29, 30, 31, September 1. You can register for either one of the 4 excursions, according to preference and schedule.

Estimated duration: 12 hours

Departure: 8:00 AM, from the Faculty of Law/Rectorate (36-46, Mihail Kogalniceanu Boulevard). The tour ends at 8:00 PM, at the same place.

Observations:

• Please note that if not enough Congress participants register for a specific trip, we would kindly ask you to choose a second option, if possible. If not, the Local Organizing Committee guarantees a full refund for any such cancellations.
• The price includes transportation, taxes, parking, and does not include entrance tickets to the castles. However, the tickets are relatively inexpensive (about 4-6 euros).
